TOPNIK ZEL syringe 10ml RMA art.AGT-179
A medium activity rosin-based flux for lead-containing solders, and is also acceptable for lead-free soldering.
Recommended for mounting elements in BGA, PGA, PLCC, QFP, CSP packages during production and repair.
Flux Gel is a concentrated RMA rosin flux designed for SMT surface mounting and repairs.
Can be applied through a sieve, stencil or syringe.
The activators used to make the flux make it possible to leave its residue on the printed circuit board after the soldering process is completed (if the production process does not include a cleaning phase).
Wash off with alcohol-based products if needed.
