Medium activity rosin-based flux for lead-free soldering, i.e. has a higher maximum operating temperature.
Also works well with common tin/lead solders.
The color of the flux is amber.
Recommended for mounting elements in BGA, PGA, PLCC, QFP, CSP packages.
Washes off with alcohol-based products.
Syringe cartridge 2 ml.
Packaged in 2 ml medical syringes from large original packaging .

      Я не знаю, кака я именно там канифоль, но то, что все флюсы класса RMA требуют смывки остатков после пайки - это однозначно. Особенно при пайке элементов в слаботочных высокочастотных цепях.

    Да флюс хороший для пайки феном и паяльником, а также для BGA.

    Посадил уже на нём с десяток BGA чипов на свенец, ниодного недосада. Вымывается изопропилом норм.
