Scheme description:

The device is based on the U2 timer with a tunable generation frequency in the specified range. The frequency setting elements of the timer are R2, R5, R3 and C5. On the U1 chip, a voltage regulator for the supply circuit is made. Frequency reconfiguration is carried out by a tuning resistor R4. The output signal level is regulated by a tuning resistor R6. Button SW1 is designed to turn on/off the device. LED D2 signals the operation of the generator. The power supply is connected to pins P1. The low-frequency signal is taken from the contacts P2.
