AG TermoPasty art.AGT-164 AG Silver thermal paste syringe 1 g, 3.8 W/mK


AG Silver is a thermally conductive paste with the addition of silver compounds. Its thermal conductivity is much higher than that of conventional carbon-silicon compounds.
The product complies with the provisions of the ROHS directive on hazardous substances.
Usage:
fills micro-roughnesses between contacting elements, for example, a processor and a heat sink, ideal for transferring heat from a heat pipe condenser to a heat exchanger in a vacuum solar collector.

  • installation of temperature sensors
  • installation of semiconductor heatsinks
