It is used to improve heat transfer between the heat-generating elements of electronic circuits (processors, power transistors, diodes) and the radiator, as well as between the thermal sensor and the heat-generating element. It is a heat-resistant white mass of high viscosity.
It is not a dielectric, so if you want to electrically isolate the component from the radiator, you must install a mica gasket.
It is obtained by thickening the polydimethylsiloxane liquid with zinc oxide powder. Factory packing - 4 kg cans.

- Radiation resistance: permissible integral dose of radiation - 1.25 x 100 million Rad.
